Yes, OMNIAIR transparent nasal strips can help reduce snoring by opening up the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe through your nose during sleep. By promoting nasal breathing, snoring caused by mouth breathing or nasal blockage is often significantly reduced.
While you can use the transparent nasal strips during the day, they are not designed to stay in place during heavy sweating or intense workouts. For optimal performance during training sessions, we recommend our OMNIAIR Sport Nasal Strips, which are sweatproof and specifically engineered to stay on even during the toughest workouts.
The transparent strip is our most subtle option. It’s best for daily use, casual wear, and sleep but it’s not ideal for very oily skin or heavy sweating. If you train hard or sweat a lot, go for the Black or Sport version.
OMNIAIR nasal strips are designed to stay securely in place for up to 8-12 hours, depending on your skin type and activity level. For best results, apply to clean, dry skin and avoid touching or adjusting the strip after application.
