Return Policy โ Omniair
At Omniair, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if youโre not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in accordance with our return policy.
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used nasal strips cannot be returned even if only one strip from the pack was used.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This does not apply to opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing within this period via support@getomniair.com. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be included with the return.
3. Refunds
Once weโve received and inspected the returned product, youโll be refunded within 14 days, including any standard shipping costs from the original order.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or an error occurred in the delivery.
4. Exceptions
- Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been opened cannot be returned.
- Damaged items or products not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via support@getomniair.com so we can resolve the issue.
In such cases, weโll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. How to Return

Follow the steps to submit your request. Once approved, youโll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Do not send items back without submitting a return request first unregistered returns will not be accepted.
We recommend keeping a shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
