Products
Omniair offers nasal strips designed to improve breathing. We do our best to accurately describe and illustrate the products on our website. However, slight differences in appearance may occur.
The products are intended solely to support breathing and should not be used for other medical purposes without consulting a doctor.
Prices and Payment
- All prices on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payments must be made using the payment methods we provide. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
Delivery
- We aim to deliver products as quickly as possible, depending on availability. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as courier services.
- Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Liability
- Omniair is not liable for damages resulting from the use of our products, unless in cases of intent or gross negligence.
- Use of our nasal strips is at your own risk. Always follow the instructions on the packaging carefully.
- Omniair cannot be held responsible for misuse of the products or use that goes against the provided instructions.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the products, website, and all publications by Omniair belong to Omniair. It is prohibited to copy, use, or distribute any material without our permission.

If you have a complaint about our products or services, contact us at info@getomniair.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Omniair reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check them regularly. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from agreements between Omniair and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
