Hele fijne neusstrips, ze zijn wel los aan beide zijkanten in de ochtend maar ‘s nachts heel veel plezier ermee. Mijn partner is inmiddels ook overstag.

Mijn neus zit al een tijd dicht en tijdens het slapen is dat vooral vervelend. Op Ali Express heb ik eens neusstrips gekocht en deze werkten niet goed. Op Instagram kwam ik de advertentie van Omniair tegen en besloot het te proberen. Ik heb de doorzichtige strips eerst gekocht en deze werkten al prima. Zodra de strip op mijn neus zat, voelde ik meteen dat de neusvleugels open getrokken werden. Ik kon de hele nacht doorslapen zonder een droge keel te krijgen. Ze werken erg goed bij mij. De strips zijn nu op waarna ik de roze heb gekocht. Gewoon om eens af te wisselen. De roze strips hebben een andere plakstrip. Deze plakte wat beter en blijft ook langer zitten. Voor mij werken de doorzichtige strips ook prima aangezien ik ze alleen s nachts op doe. Ik ben erg tevreden met de strips.

There is a flexible splint inside the strip that pulls your nasal passages open from the outside. With more room in your nose, air flows in with less resistance and you are less likely to switch to mouth breathing at night.
Your nose filters and humidifies the air you breathe. Your mouth does not. Nose breathing at night is why people wake up with less dryness and a clearer head.
A blocked nose is one cause of snoring. If yours comes from limited airflow through the nose, opening it up can help. It will do less for snoring that starts in the throat or soft palate.
