Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Most orders are delivered within 1โ3 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and 3โ7 business days for the rest of Europe. Haven't received tracking yet? Visit our tracking page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders fast. If you need to change or cancel, email us at info@getomniair.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we can't guarantee changes. But you can always return your order once it arrives.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with your order? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@getomniair.com to start a return.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete
We're sorry. Email info@getomniair.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund right away.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across Worldwide. Shipping is free on orders above โฌ40 within the EU.
