We added a nose flap on the inside of the mask, a soft silk panel that folds over your nose bridge and closes that gap completely. No light gets in. Not from the sides, not from below. Even if you sleep on your side or move at night, the flap stays in place.
Made from 22 momme mulberry silk, the highest quality grade. Momme is the weight unit for silk. Higher momme = thicker, more durable, softer. Most silk masks use 16-19 momme. This one uses 22. The difference is noticeable: denser fabric, smoother feel, lasts longer.
